Jany Xu

Here is a cartoon caricature to my dear friend, Jany Xu. She’s a Chinese badass! And no she doesn’t know any Kung Fu, you racist assholes. But she will put pee-pee in your coke, so watch out. That stereotype is oh’ so true. Had to find that one out the hard  way. (just kidding, she doesn’t pee in anybody Coke.)

The illustration is pretty clean, and I did it in record time. Mission Accomplished. On the the next caricature for Melanie. Boom!

WTF, Marc Maron

marcmaron.com

I’ve been following the podcast WTF with Marc Maron since its inception a few months back on the internet. It’s a weekly podcast that allows Marc to showcase his unique brand of comedy that borders on black comedy to satirical observations with a little political commentary sprinkled on top. The great things about podcasts in generally is they are as regulated to the degree of the Wild west, any shit flys on them. Podcast land is generally where comedic personalities can be unleashed and go to work  like rabid pitbull(kinda alike what I fantasize mainstream media would do!) Itunes is perfect place to see mild mannered comedian that love from tv  present their unique perspective on everything raw and unfiltered. It’s a beautiful thing, and Marc Maron is part of it.

I saw that he was coming to Atlanta to do a gig at The Laughing Skull Lounge, so I decide to buy a ticket and check it out. And I got the great idea to show my admiration to do a illustration of Marc. Boom! I guess you’d have to follow to the podcast to truly get the greatest of my illustration.
